What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, debit, and credit card are accepted.
Will you take my laundry to the laundromat?
No. A washer and dryer must be available in your home or development for laundry services. Washer and dryer machines should be in good operating condition.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds will only be issued for canceled appointments that meet our cancellation policy (see Terms of Service Section 2: Cancellations & Rescheduling).
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 12 to 16 hours before their appointment. If a cancellation occurs after this time, a credit will be issued for a future service (refunds do not apply).
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes.
Do you clean hoarded homes?
No.
